Our Basic First Aid course is designed to teach members of the general public what to do in an emergency. The content is based on first aid for adult casualties but we also offer First Aid for Baby & Child as a separate course. This training is suitable for anyone over 16 but is not appropriate for anyone requiring a first aid for the workplace qualification. The course runs over 1 day but we also offer the training over 2 evening sessions as an alternative.
Pre-requisites: Candidates must be physically able to carry out the procedures detailed in the course outline.

Delivery & Assessment:
We include lots of practical exercises to help build confidence in dealing with real life situations. Evaluation is through continual assessment by the instructor. On successful completion of this course you will receive a certificate of learning in adult first aid which is valid for 3 years. It is recommended that you refresh your skills after 12 months.
