Safe Hands First Aid Training Ltd is a training organisation based in Central Scotland, offering Ofqual Regulated Qualifications, accredited by Qualsafe Awards.  We specialise in first aid training for the workplace and the public, as well as specialist paediatric courses and defibrillator training.

Our instructors are all qualified teachers with over 20 years practitioner and leadership experience, also having worked as practising first aiders and trainers for a number of large voluntary organisations since the 1980s.  Our lead instructor  continues to provide community service through the BHF Heartstart scheme and local Community First Responder group. Over the years we have been fortunate to teach hundreds of people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences.

At Safe Hands we are passionate about the importance of first aid knowledge and we believe in delivering high quality, regulated training in order to promote best practice and share our values on casualty care.  Unlike some other training companies, including the voluntary organisations, our courses are all approved and and accredited by an Awarding Organisation.  This ensures we can give our clients protection and piece of mind that they have carried out due diligence in respect of their legal obligations.  Some courses are not Ofqual Regulated Qualifications and this is stated clearly on the relevant course information page.

Our open (public) courses are usually held at Carronvale House, Larbert, Stirlingshire but we are also able to offer a comprehensive range of onsite training at client’s own premises.  We are happy to help you carry out a first aid needs assessment which will enable you to select the most appropriate level of training for your business.  Please contact us if you would like further information or have any questions.

If you are a member of the public and would like to book a place on any of our open courses, please visit our courses  section for more details, get in touch via our contact page or give us a call on 01324 710 124.
